Sport has always been a big part of my life. Throughout my teenage years, I played football at academy level, but recurring injuries eventually prevented me from continuing to play at the level I wanted to. After trying different approaches without finding a solution that worked for me, I discovered chiropractic. This sparked my interest in understanding how the body works and how we can help people move, function and perform at their best.
I went on to study for five years at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. My approach to care is centred around looking at the person as a whole, rather than simply focusing on the area where they are experiencing pain. I believe that effective care should not only aim to reduce symptoms, but also help people understand their body and feel more confident in their movement.
I like to combine hands-on treatment with improving mobility, targeted exercise and strengthening, tailoring each approach to the individual and their goals. Whether that is getting back to sport, managing an ongoing issue or simply being able to move more comfortably day to day, my aim is to help people make meaningful and sustainable improvements.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy keeping active through going to the gym, playing Padel and golf. I grew up in Loose Village and now live in East Farleigh with my partner, so I’m local to the clinic and really value the opportunity to work with and support people within the local community.
