Joe brings a broad knowledge base to his chiropractic practice, with a background that includes experience as a personal trainer and gym instructor, a degree in sports conditioning, and years of playing rugby at a high level. This diverse foundation enhances his understanding of the body’s mechanics and movement, allowing him to deliver highly effective, tailored care. Joe still trys to fit in some gym work and is clued up on nutrition and how best to keep an active lifestyle.
I practice the principle and love to promote ‘the healthy spine, healthy you’ concept.
As a chiropractor, I feel privileged to be in a position to positively impact the lives of so many. By teaching the core principles of chiropractic, along with the importance of balanced nutrition, regular movement, and a positive mindset, I take a holistic approach to care—one that has been transformative for many clients.
Meeting each new client excites me; I enjoy understanding their reasons for seeking care and working closely with them to achieve their health goals. I am committed to delivering professional, personalised chiropractic care with predictable, meaningful results, and I encourage clients to take an active role in their recovery and ongoing health to perform at their best every day.
I am a member of the British Chiropractic Association and am fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
I grew up in Wiltshire with my parents, an older sister, and two younger brothers. Our family was always active and encouraged to participate in sports, so I grew up immersed in competitive swimming, football, rugby, cricket, tennis, and kayaking—if there was a sport, we were likely involved in it! While I did well academically at my local comprehensive school, sport was my true passion.
Rugby quickly became my main focus. At 16, I moved to Gloucester to attend Hartpury College, where I studied Sports Science and Rugby Studies while playing rugby at a competitive level. I continued playing through the age groups, onto the University 1st team, Gloucester Academy, and England Colleges. Along the way, I faced my fair share of injuries, and chiropractic care played a vital role in my recovery, keeping me on the pitch and performing at my best.
I still enjoy tennis and gym, I enjoy training my labrador, love exploring the UK countryside on weekends, and am always keen for a good hike followed by some time in the kitchen cooking up something delicious for the family.
