About Sarah

Having worked as a PhD research scientist at the London College School of Medicine and then as a lecturer with the University of London and Open University, Sarah decided it was time for a career change. She wanted to combine her knowledge of the human body, health and nutrition with her passion for fitness, sport and well-being.

Sarah runs over 30km per week cross country with her dog. After years as a keen kick boxer, Cross Fit fanatic and club tennis player she understands how hard it can be to train consistently and the importance of staying injury free. Yoga is her new passion that complements perfectly the vital role soft tissue therapy plays in both injury prevention as well as rehabilitation.

Sarah is qualified with a Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in ‘Sports and Remedial Massage/Soft Tissue Therapy’ from the London School of Sports Massage – the UK’s leading school for this discipline. She enjoys treating general aches and pains as well as injury and can also offer pregnancy massage after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. With the aim to provide more than ‘just’ sports massage for her clients, who may be athletes or non-athletes, her training allows her to offer the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunction.
