About Rebecca
Rebecca graduated from Coventry University with a first-class honours degree in Sports Therapy.
Although her title is ‘sports’ therapist, Rebecca treats a range of people with injuries, aches and pains not just from sport but through work, poor posture and post-accident or surgery. Rebecca offers sports massage alongside cupping; a technique designed to decompress tissues to promote healing and taping which provides muscle and joint support.
She can also prescribe exercises to help with posture, flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.
When not in the treatment room she can be found running round the country lanes, training her black labradors and delivering milk for her family’s dairy farm.
