About Joe

Joe stands behind the principle of chiropractic; that a healthy spine leads to a healthier lifestyle. He is well trained and experienced in a variety of chiropractic techniques making the care he delivers personal and safe for all ages. He knows chiropractic care is as important, if not more important in the early formational years of life. He is passionate about providing top quality care suitable for babies, bumps and beyond. “It is a huge privilege to have the opportunity to maximise someones health potential”.

“When you examined me it was done with compassion and you ensured that I had understood my problem. No big words to explain simple problems and causes” – R.Bond

Bumps, Babies and Beyond

I have undergone post graduate studies in chiropractic paediatrics and find that most of the continued professional development I attend is in that arena. I want to keep developing my knowledge, understanding and technical skill in this field as we have the opportunity to influence hugely the growth and development of the child we are taking care of.

Joes practice style

I practice the principle and love to promote ‘the healthy spine, healthy you’ concept.

As a chiropractor I feel privileged to be in a position where I can influence the life of many people. Teaching the fundamental principles of chiropractic along with what is wholesome, congruent nutrition, the importance of movement and of a positive mindset enables me to take a holistic approach to your care and has been a game changer for many people already.

I get excited about seeing every single new person at the practice, I like to understand why they are looking for help and work with them to achieve their health goals.

I stand behind the principles of providing a professional service that offers personal chiropractic care with predictable results. I encourage you to take a proactive role in your recovery and health so can perform at your best on a daily basis.

I am member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council

Get to know me better...

I grew up in Wiltshire with my parents, an older sister and two younger brothers. We were always encouraged to be involved in sport and loved it. We swam, competitively, played football, rugby, cricket, lots of tennis and kayaking; you name it we were involved in it. I attended the local comprehensive school and did well academically but loved my sport.

My main sport was Rugby. I ended up moving away from home at 16, attending Hartpury College in Gloucester, playing rugby and studying a National Diploma in Sports Science and Rugby Studies. I continued to play some good rugby through the age groups, and on to the University 1st team, Gloucester academy as well as England Colleges. Along the way I picked up my fair share of injuries. Chiropractic helped me recover quicker from my injuries allowing me to stay on the pitch.

I still enjoy a game of tennis or squash, I’d love to take another ski holiday and see more of the UK. At the weekend I love to get out in the beautiful local countryside and walk, then come back and spend some time in the kitchen cooking up some delicious food.

This year has been incredibly fast paced, not only have we opened up here in Tunbridge Wells, but also taken over a thriving practice in Staplehurst, got married and relocated. We are so proud of what we have achieved and want to deliver the very best chiropractic care to you and your family.
